Treatment Length
Most sessions last approximately 60–75 minutes including prep and topical numbing. The laser portion takes about 20–30 minutes depending on the treatment area.
Treatment Frequency
One treatment may be enough to produce visible transformation, but for deeper correction or ongoing maintenance, a series of 2–3 treatments spaced a few months apart is often recommended.

HALO® by Sciton is the first-ever hybrid fractional laser, which means it combines two wavelengths in one pass, a non-ablative wavelength to stimulate collagen deep in the dermis, and an ablative wavelength to remove damaged surface cells. The result is comprehensive rejuvenation from the inside out: smoothing wrinkles, brightening pigmentation, minimizing pore size, and refining texture.

Step 1: Comprehensive Consultation
Our team will assess your skin tone, history, concerns, and goals. HALO is safe for a wide range of skin tones and can be tailored to your specific needs, from light polishing to deep resurfacing.
Step 2: Individualized Pre-Care
You’ll receive a tailored pre-care regimen which may include sun avoidance, gentle skincare, and prepping treatments (such as BBL if pigmentation is severe). On the day of treatment, a numbing cream is applied for 45–60 minutes to ensure comfort.
Step 3: Precision Treatment
During your session, the HALO handpiece glides across the skin in a smooth pattern, with integrated cooling to reduce heat sensation. You’ll feel a warm prickling or stinging sensation, but it is very tolerable. We’ll monitor comfort throughout the entire process.
Step 4: Recovery & Support
After treatment, expect redness, swelling, and bronzing for 3–7 days. Tiny dark spots (called MENDS) appear as the damaged skin rises to the surface and flakes off. We’ll provide detailed aftercare to help speed healing and protect results.
Step 5: Maintenance & Refinement
Most patients repeat HALO annually or biannually to maintain results. We may recommend combining it with BBL, microneedling, or regenerative therapies (like PRF) depending on your skin goals.
