Terms of Service

1. Appointment Policy

At REAL, your time is deeply valued—and so is ours. In order to provide a seamless, personalized experience to every guest, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments. This deposit:

• Is applied as a credit toward your treatment or product purchase at your scheduled visit.
• Cannot be refunded to your credit card under any circumstance.

We encourage all guests to review our scheduling and cancellation policy below before booking.

     2. Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

To honor your time, our providers’ availability, and the integrity of our scheduling, REAL enforces the following policies:

Rescheduling (With Notice)

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 5 days’ notice. Your deposit or prepayment will be fully transferred to your new appointment date.

Late Cancellations or Reschedules (Less than 5 Days’ Notice)

If you cancel or reschedule within 5 days of your appointment:

• 50% of your deposit or prepayment will be retained.
• If no deposit was collected, a $75 late reschedule/cancellation fee will apply.

No-Shows or Same-Day Cancellations

If you cancel or reschedule the day before or miss your appointment:

• Your entire deposit or prepayment will be forfeited.
• If no deposit was collected, a $150 fee will be assessed.

Multiple Infractions

Guests with multiple late cancellations or no-shows will be required to prepay in full for all future bookings and may even become disqualified from being a future REAL patient.

3. Prepayment Policy

REAL offers the opportunity to prepay for treatments and services for your convenience. Please note:

• All prepayments are non-refundable.
• If rescheduled with at least 5 days’ notice, prepaid amounts can be converted to an account credit for future use.
  
  

4. Refund Policy

REAL does not offer refunds for services rendered, deposits, or prepayments. In the rare instance that a refund is warranted and approved, it will be issued exclusively as an account credit, redeemable toward future products or services.

All refund considerations are subject to the discretion of the practice, based on medical appropriateness, treatment outcome, and circumstances reviewed directly with our team.

5. Exceptions & Discretion

We understand that unforeseen life events can arise. While our automated booking system prevents policy overrides, we may consider credit reallocation under exceptional circumstances—at the sole discretion of the practice.

6. Financial Transparency

All pricing, memberships, and service enhancements are communicated clearly at time of booking and during your consultation. We are committed to transparency and informed decision-making at every step of your journey.

7. Your Agreement

By scheduling with REAL Aesthetic Medicine + Skincare Science, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above. Our policies are designed to uphold the integrity of your care and the availability of our expert providers.
