Dr. Maynard is the Medical Director and Co-Founder of REAL Aesthetics + Wellness, a physician-led regenerative aesthetics practice in Santa Rosa, California. As an official Sciton® Faculty Preceptor, he provides thoughtful, practical education for aesthetic providers who want to strengthen their clinical confidence and elevate their laser results. His approach combines physician-guided expertise, individualized instruction, and a commitment to safe, intentional treatment planning.

- Starting at 6 Sciton® Success Builder Points / $3,000 for up to 2 practitioners.
- Each additional practitioner: Starting at 1 Sciton® Success Builder Point / $500.
- This training is exclusive to one practice
- Dedicated and customized to the practice’s needs
- Training can be delivered on Contour TRL, Profractional, Halo Tribrid, Moxi, BBL HERO and HEROic, ClearV and ClearSilk
- Group setting networking opportunities
- Shared observation of multiple providers
GROUP TRAINING
Scheduled Sciton® laser training designed for multiple participating practices.
Investment: Starting at $1,500 for up to 2 practitioners from each practice
- Starting at 3 Sciton® Success Builder Points / $1,500 for up to 2 practitioners from each practice
- Each additional practitioner from the same practice: Starting at 1 Sciton® Success Builder Point / $500
- A minimum of 4 practitioners total is required for the training to take place
- A minimum total training compensation of Starting at 6 Sciton® Success Builder Points / $3,000 is required
- Group trainings are limited to a maximum of 12 practitioners and apply to scheduled group training dates only
