Summer Radiance Program: Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
The Summer Radiance Program is open to all new and existing patients of REAL Aesthetics + Wellness. Preferential pricing applies exclusively to laser and light therapy treatments listed in the Summer Radiance treatment menu. All treatments must be booked and completed between June 15, 2026 and August 15, 2026. Appointments scheduled within this window but not completed by August 15, 2026 will be charged at the standard regular rate (customer responsible for paying the difference at time of treatment.
Pricing
Three pricing tiers are available under the Summer Radiance Program:
- Special Pricing is available to all patients booking during the promotional period.
- Special Member Pricing is available exclusively to active beREAL membership holders in good standing at the time of booking. Member status will be verified at the time of scheduling. Patients whose membership lapses prior to their appointment date will be charged at the Special (non-member) rate.
- Regular Pricing reflects the standard investment outside of the promotional period and is provided for reference only. Regular pricing is subject to change.
Preferential pricing cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, credits, or third-party discount programs unless otherwise specified by REAL Aesthetics + Wellness.
Provider Availability
Certain treatments are available with specific providers only. Provider availability is subject to change. REAL Aesthetics + Wellness reserves the right to reassign providers based on scheduling needs while maintaining the highest standard of care.
- BBL + Moxi, BBL + HALO TriBrid, and HALO TriBrid are available with Sage, Sawyer, Melinda, and Dr. Maynard.
- Tight & Bright (Sofwave + BBL + Moxi), standalone BBL, standalone Moxi, and all Sofwave treatments are available with Sage and Sawyer only.
Patients requesting a specific provider are encouraged to book early, as appointment windows are limited.
HydraFacial Enhancements
Two optional HydraFacial enhancements are available to complement your laser treatment. These services are available with Jennifer, Ari, and Erica.
HydraFacial: Pre-Laser Prep ($150) The Pre-Laser Prep HydraFacial must be completed 1 to 2 weeks prior to your laser appointment. This enhancement is available only to patients who have already purchased a qualifying Summer Radiance laser treatment. It cannot be booked as a standalone service under this program.
HydraFacial: Post-Laser Polish ($150) The Post-Laser Polish HydraFacial must be completed within 3 weeks following your laser appointment. This enhancement is available only to patients who have completed a qualifying Summer Radiance laser treatment. Appointments scheduled beyond the 3-week post-treatment window will not qualify for this service under the Summer Radiance Program.
HydraFacial enhancements are not eligible for additional discounts or membership pricing adjustments under this program.
Booking & Deposits
Appointments may be reserved online, by phone, or in person at REAL Aesthetics + Wellness. A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments. All treatments must be prepaid in full at time of booking. These payments are treated as the deposit and are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
Refunds
All sales are final. There are no refunds at any time for any reason.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We kindly ask that all appointment changes be made no less than 5 days in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made within 2-4 days of the appointment will be subject to a loss of $500 from pre-payment. No-shows and cancellations within 1 day of the appointment will be subject to loss of the entire pre-payment.
Rescheduled appointments must still be completed by August 15, 2026 to qualify for Summer Radiance preferential pricing. REAL Aesthetics + Wellness is not responsible for scheduling conflicts that prevent a patient from completing their treatment within the promotional window.
Medical Suitability
All treatments are subject to a pre-treatment consultation and provider assessment. REAL Aesthetics + Wellness reserves the right to decline or modify any treatment plan based on individual health history, skin condition, or clinical judgment. Preferential pricing will be honored for any approved alternative treatment within the Summer Radiance menu.
Patients who are pregnant, nursing, or who have contraindications to laser or light therapy may not be eligible for certain treatments. Please disclose all relevant medical history at the time of booking.
General Terms
REAL Aesthetics + Wellness reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Summer Radiance Program at any time without prior notice. In the event of a program change, patients with confirmed appointments will be honored at the rate in effect at the time of booking.
Preferential pricing is non-transferable and has no cash value. Treatment packages and promotional pricing may not be resold or transferred to another individual.
By booking an appointment under the Summer Radiance Program, patients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions, as well as the standard patient policies of REAL Aesthetics + Wellness.
