As our team continues to grow, we are excited to introduce Sage Cleek, a Certified Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist who is currently pursuing her Registered Nursing degree at Santa Rosa Junior College.
A Passion for Aesthetics and Patient Care
Sage has always been drawn to aesthetics because of its ability to help people feel more confident in their own skin. She believes aesthetic medicine is not about changing who you are, but about enhancing natural beauty and supporting self-confidence in a way that feels authentic.
Currently pursuing her nursing education, Sage brings both clinical knowledge and compassion to her role at REAL. Her passion for patient care, combined with her dedication to continued learning, reflects the culture of growth and excellence that defines the practice.

In her role, Sage works closely with providers and patients throughout the treatment process. From preparing patients before procedures to assisting with post-treatment care, she helps create an experience that feels smooth, comfortable, and supportive.

As Sage continues her journey toward becoming a Registered Nurse, she represents the next generation of aesthetic medicine professionals who are passionate about combining science, artistry, and patient care.

Outside of work and nursing school, Sage enjoys camping, dancing, traveling, and caring for her many pets.
Her adventurous spirit, positive energy, and caring nature carry into everything she does, helping create the welcoming atmosphere patients experience every day at REAL.
